The Apart is situated in the centre of Florence, near the Central Station of Santa Maria Novella, in a beautiful building from the 15^th Century. It is for rent for short periods of time. The apartment is on the 1^st floor and there is a lift. It is made up of a living room, a kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The flat can  sleep up to 4 people.
It also comes with air conditioning,  washing machine and a dishwasher. Next to the main door of the flat there is also an entry phone. If needed there is also Internet at a cost of  30€ a week. There is also a Porter /Door man at the front entrance of the appartment building.
